BACH FLOWER REMEDIES

Bach Flower Remedies is a specialized healing process.  It was “discovered” (I say discovered but one could say divinely inspired) by Dr. Edward Bach.  Dr. Bach was a “traditional” physician with highly intuitive senses.

Dr. Bach was driven to help people and he decided a good way to do that was to become a doctor and heal the sick.  He graduated from Birmingham University College Hospital in 1912 and a year later earned two more medical degrees.  He was also interested in nature and different healing methods.

He studied immunology and had a general practice.  Dr. Bach was working in bacteriology and combined his findings with his new knowledge of homeopathy to produce the Seven Bach Nosodes, that cured different types of chronic illnesses.

All his years studying and working with patients he noticed a trend, people with similar personalities responded well to the same remedies even when their illnesses were totally different.  Driven by a natural desire to give service to others he wanted to heal people and he felt that conventional medicine was missing an important factor, the personality of the patient.

Dr. Bach looked at different personality types and stared to search for natural remedies to replace the Seven Nosodes.  He discovered that the plant remedies had a positive polarity and that the nosodes were negative polarity.  It was because of the negative polarity that the nosodes worked.

What the Bach Flower Remedies accomplish is a deep psychological healing.  This healing affects you on the emotional and mental levels.  So lets say the anger you feel cannot manifest into an illness if you use the remedies.  If there is already an illness it will help you heal.

These remedies can be used to develop whatever positive qualities we may be lacking.  They can help our spiritual development and personal growth.   Since all illness starts on the emotional and mental planes, using the Bach Flower remedies can be the best preventative medicine available.
