Feel the energy in hands

Play with the aura- push/pull aura and person will move

Stand in front of a white wall, it is best if you are wearing white as well.  Have class focus on your forehead very quickly rotate eyes around the body several times clockwise.  Now focus your eyes back at the forehead or top of the head for 15 seconds then softly focus on the area of head and shoulders.  A soft focus is like when you stare at something but do not really notice it.  (Adapted from “How to See and Read Auras” by Ted Andrews)

Work in groups of two, one person sitting and the other standing.  Have the sitting person close their eyes and the other one walk near them and place a hand in aura.  Have the sitting person tell you where you are.
